Our process begins by with careful 3-D data and material specification reviews of tooling and parts. In doing so, we can provide you with an accurate quote of tooling and part production expenses. When necessary, we are able to run precise FEA analysis and mold flow models as well. If your part is newly designed, we can start by creating a prototype. Once approved, we will build tooling and submit a T-1 sample before commencing full-scale production.
